1. When is the best time to start planning my wedding decoration? 

 -As flowers are a significant important feature of your wedding day, it is never too early to get organized. In general, six to eight months in advance of your wedding date is a good time to select the flowers for your wedding. This will allow us to begin looking for any specialty items you might need. Wedding flowers can be highly specific and colours often have to be very precise, so the sooner we can start planning the better

2. What types of services do you offer? 

 - We can create any flower arrangement for your wedding: bouquets, boutonnieres, arches, summer street arrangements, even floral garlands. We have a wide range of wedding accessories: invitations, candles, place cards, table numbers and many other essential items.

3. I am planning my wedding from abroad. Please, HELP me! 

 - Many of our clients are planning weddings from abroad. We make the whole process as simple as possible for you, always available and ready for any request. To make you feel more comfortable and know who you are working with, we can also talk by phone, WhatsApp, Viber or other applications.

4. .What if the flowers I want aren’t in season on my wedding date? 

 - Many flowers are available all year round, but some only bloom during certain seasons. During the planning phase, we listen to your preferences. If flowers are not available at the time of your wedding, you can trust us to offer you the perfect alternative to create a more attractive result than expected.

5. What styles do you work with? 

 - We are famous for our nature-inspired designs. Flowers are already beautiful in nature, Mon Amie proudly retains their natural shape, color and texture. Vintage, Classic, Modern, Retro, Romantic, Elegant, Wooden, Marine ․․․ We will help you get any theme you want.


6. How to properly care for flowers? 

 - It is best to keep them in a well-lit room away from direct sunlight. Change the water every day to help them stay fresher longer.


7. Can I send flowers on Sunday on holidays? 

 - Mon Amie works 24 hours a day. On holidays you must book your order in advance․

8. Can I order anonymous delivery? 

 - You can order delivery anonymously. The courier does not own any information about the buyer. Only the envelope contains information in case the buyer left a note there. Customer information is considered confidential.

9. What will happen to the order if I entered the wrong address? 

 - If you are not sure if the address you provided is correct, it is better to check it before shipping. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery of the order. If the address is incorrect and the supplier cannot contact you, the order will be returned to the store before he contacts you.
